How does the membership & payments work? You can join monthly for flexibility or pay annually for the best value. There’s a simple two‑month minimum contract to start, then it moves to a rolling monthly plan. You can switch tiers at your next billing cycle - just request the change before your renewal date and I’ll move you over. You can cancel anytime after your two‑month minimum; cancellations take effect at the next renewal, so make the request before your billing date.
Where and when do shoots take place? What if I need to reschedule?Shoot days run once a week, one location per week, across England and South Wales - a mix of indoor gyms/studios and outdoor spots - posted in advance so you can plan. What happens after I join? After I join, you’ll get a short onboarding call to talk about your goals. You will also be given access to the private Helios community. From there, book your first session and you’re set.
How do I book my photo session? Dates and locations are posted inside the private Helios community. Elite members get first choice before bookings open to everyone else. To secure your slot, message me directly with the exact date, location, and time you want. I’ll reply with a confirmation message so you know you’re locked in.

What are the usage rights? Copyright stays with Emma Meek Photo. Your licence covers personal and business marketing - social, your website, email, and general promos. You can print, and you can create your own small‑run merch to sell direct to your audience. What’s not included: resale, sub‑licensing, stock libraries, or any third‑party commercial use. Brands, sponsors, or vendors need written permission and a separate licence.
I hate having my photo taken, could this still work for me? Yes. I keep it simple and directed so you’re never guessing. I’ll give you clear prompts, easy cues, and small adjustments so you feel relaxed and look like yourself. No stiff posing, no forced smiles - just natural, strong images that feel like you.
